      It’s not lightly that I chose Pennington Listens as my campaign slogan. I am a frequent participant in Town Board affairs and I hear the same complaint over and over—residents are not informed about what’s happening and they aren’t listened to when they express an opinion.

 

      That will stop if I am elected. If you place your trust in me, I will make sure you are properly informed of every major issue that comes before the Town Board—and as EARLY as possible. I can also assure you I will listen to your opinions BEFORE I decide how to vote. We may not always agree, but you will always be heard.

 

A few words on why I’m running:

      I strongly believe this election can be transformational—both in the way Superior sees itself and in the way we get things done. But we have to make that choice. By electing mayoral and trustee candidates with vision and courage and an inclusive attitude, we can put Superior on a new course. A course where you have a very important seat at the table.

      If we choose vision, courage and inclusion, I believe everything else—fiscal responsibility, business development, responsible growth and all the other issues we’re sure to face—can readily be addressed. The bonus to this choice is the creation of a strong sense of community throughout Superior, one built on a common vision.

Please take a moment to review my work to Stop the Swap and on the Roundabout. While you may not have been concerned about these issues, they illustrate how I will go to battle for you and the issues you do hold dear.
